I am a fourth-year Chemical Engineering student with plans to pursue veterinary medicine at Iowa State University. I currently conduct research in the Department of Chemical and Biochemical Engineering at the University of Iowa, focusing on the thermal mitigation of bacterial biofilms on medical devices. My academic and professional interests lie at the intersection of engineering and medicine, with a particular focus on orthopedics and disease prevention.
